49er Day Faire

The 49er day Faire is our major fund raising event of the year. It is through programs such as this that keeps the Centerville Schoolhouse and the Colman Museum open for the enjoyment and education of adults and children alike. We are treated as a public charity for tax exemption under 503(c)(3) of the Federal International Revenue Code.

Designed to maximize exposure to Lake Tahoe, this lakefront home is perfect to enjoy with your family and friends, yet there is enough room to curl up on a cozy chair and enjoy the peaceful surrounding view. In the winter it is just minutes from skiing at three different resorts, including Heavenly Valley and close to shopping, good eating and entertainment.
